3 月 18 日、YouTube は 東日本大震災において被災された方々のメッセージ動画を集めて紹介する 「YouTube 消息情報チャンネル」を開設しました。
現在、本チャンネルでは 56 本の動画を紹介しており、これらは、TBS 系列の JNN 取材団が取材した安否情報を YouTube の公式パートナーであるTBS News-i が YouTube にアップロードしています。

また、テレビ朝日系列のテレビ局によって掲載される動画についても、近日中に掲載を予定しています。
今後も、公式パートナーやユーザーから届いた動画を、継続的に追加します。

On March 18, YouTube launched the YouTube Person Finder (消息情報), a channel that aggregates video messages from the sufferers of the massive earthquake and tsunami that hit Northeastern Japan one week ago.
At the launch, we are introducing 56 video messages shot at the shelters by TBS, a major TV station in Japan, and we will try to increase the number of videos by adding more content providers such as TV Asahi.
We are also trying to include videos shot by those impacted themselves, but we have to wait until the infrastructure situation there recovers.
